Safeguarding
Everyone who works or volunteers with YIM commits to protecting the children and young people in our care. Concerns can be raised in confidence with our leadership at yimrwanda@gmail.com.
Stories and photographs
We only share a person's story or photograph with their informed permission, and with a parent's or guardian's permission for anyone under 18. Anyone may ask us to remove their story at any time. We never publish a child's full name together with their school and home village.
We show the young people we serve as they are: capable, ambitious leaders.
Privacy
If you subscribe or write to us, we use your details only to reply and to send the updates you asked for. We never sell or share them. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details at any time.
Donations are processed by our payment partner, who handles card details securely. YIM never sees or stores your card number.
